I stopped by the other day, not expecting to find anything I could have. When my friend asked about sugar-free options. Yes- peanut a pecan clusters in both light and dark chocolate. Not all sugar free options are good for T2D. So I asked about what sugar substitute they use. Monk fruit. Yes -please was my response. Monk fruit has low impact on blood sugar, is a real sugar, and has no after taste like non-sugar substitutes do.
The chocolate melted in my mouth. I order both peanut and pecan clusters. I’ll be back!
